The Lowell Milken Institute-Sandler Prize for New Entrepreneurs is a team business plan competition exclusively for UCLA students. The new venture can be a for-profit enterprise or a self-sustaining social entrepreneurship. Teams must submit a written business plan for a new venture and, based upon the submissions, certain teams will make oral presentations to a panel of judges at a public event. Each team must consist of between two and six students and must include either a law student who will graduate in 2016, or a 2014 or 2015 UCLA School of Law graduate as one of its members. Any UCLA School of Law student can be a member of a competing team. The Competition Rules, FAQs and Resources for teams are all available on the prize website.
The information meeting is open to all UCLA School of Law students.
Lunch will be served. Please come and hear about this exciting new competition.
