This event sponsored by RELA consists of several teams of three to four students from the UCLA School of Law and the UCLA Anderson School of Management who competed in a simulated joint venture real estate deal designed by Phillip G. Nichols, founding member and Senior Counsel at Pircher at Nichols & Meeks. Teams answered numerous questions posed by a hypothetical general counsel and investment partner, and worked through both legal and business issues to prepare a final professional memorandum for review.
