During this Lunch and Learn session, Mr. Michelson, a graduate of UCLA School of Law, helped students understand when to form a non-profit corporation and how to avoid the pitfalls of formation and tax exempt status.
Mr. Michelson's practice focuses on income tax planning, charitable giving and other federal, state, and local taxation issues for individuals, corporations, and tax-exempt organizations.
