A prestigious panel of experts discussed current issues in cybersecurity. The panel brought together experts from all areas engaged in finding solutions and protections against cybersecurity threats and consisted of: James Aquilina, a principal at the security firm of Stroz Friedberg, Grant Davis-Denny, a partner specializing in cybersecurity issues at Munger Tolles, and Jeffrey Rabkin, from California Attorney General’s Office tasked with creating cybersecurity legislation. Kristen Eichensehr, Visiting Assistant Professor at UCLA School of Law, moderated the panel. Ms. Eichensehr’s research focuses on cybersecurity. She is a team member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the International Law Association’s Study Group on Cybersecurity, Terrorism, and International Law.
