The Fiduciary Law Workshop is an annual workshop devoted to fiduciary law scholarship. Past workshops have been held at Notre Dame Law School (March 2013), McGill University Faculty of Law (May 2014), J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University (May 2015) and Duke Law School (June 2016). UCLA School of Law and Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy are proud to host the Fifth Annual Fiduciary Law Workshop.
