The Business Law Association and the Law and Entrepreneurship Association presented a discussion with corporate partner Martin Korman, from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, on the recent Microsoft and LinkedIn deal.

Martin Korman is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he leads the firm's mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices. Under his leadership, in the past two years alone, the firm advised on more than 285 M&A transactions valued at more than $68 billion. Other notable acquisitions Martin has worked on include: NetSuite in its proposed acquisition by Oracle, Hewlett-Packard in its merger with Compaq, Pixar in its merger with Disney, and over 20 companies in sale transactions to Cisco.
