UCLA School of Law students are invited to attend an informational session on the Business Law and Tax Law Specializations.

Faculty Directors Jason Oh and Andrew Verstein will discuss:

• Curriculum planning for the specializations
• Course offerings within Business Law and Tax Law
• Questions students may have about specializing

The Business Law and Tax Law Specializations are designed for students seeking to concentrate their legal education in business law. These tracks are particularly beneficial for those pursuing careers in transactional law or business litigation. Students may elect to specialize in either Business Law or Taxation.
