Business Law Breakfast – Tax Policy 2017: Proposals and Prospects for Significant Tax Reform under the 45th President

Barrall Family Professor of Tax Law and Policy, UCLA School of Law Professor Kirk Stark examined the tax proposals put forth by the leading presidential candidates in both parties.

He explored popular political support for reforming the US tax system and structural trends in the distribution of US federal tax burdens.  Professor Stark then concluded with projections about the potential for tax reform in 2017 and beyond.

 

 

 

UCLA School of Law is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.  This activity qualifies for 1 hour of general MCLE Credit.
