Please join us for a discussion by Eric Halperin, Assistant Director for Enforcement at the United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, about the CFPB’s recent enforcement actions and its current enforcement agenda. Mr. Halperin joined the CFPB in October 2021. He has led the Enforcement Division through a number of high-profile actions, including its most recent order requiring Wells Fargo to pay more than $2 billion in redress to consumers and a $1.7 billion civil penalty for violations across several product lines.
