Frank Lopez and Philippa Bond, Proskauer partners, presented the firm’s release of its 2016 IPO Study, their proprietary analysis of U.S.-listed initial public offerings in 2015 and identification of three year comparisons and trends.
The study examines 2015 IPOs across a number of criteria, both as one group and across industry sectors. As with the first two editions, it yields a number of noteworthy observations and insights.
Underlying the study is the proprietary IPO database created by Proskauer for the first edition which has subsequently been expanded and enhanced to include over 300 IPOs. The database is a valuable resource for sponsors and companies considering an IPO as well as for IPO market participants and their advisors.
