Have you ever wondered what it is like to practice technology and business law in Silicon Valley? Or perhaps what is the unique and critical, but often unstated, role of the law that helps to make the Silicon Valley ecosystem work? Josh Green (BA '77, JD '80, Lecturer in Law) began practicing law there in 1980 and will provide an overview of what it is like to think like a venture capitalist, feel like an entrepreneur and act like a lawyer. He will introduce us to the "art" and "science" of Silicon Valley lawyering.
