Students from UCLA School of Law and UCLA Anderson School of Management are invited to participate in the 10th annual 2022 Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Joint Venture Challenge, sponsored by the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law & Policy and Ziman Center for Real Estate. There will be up to $3,000 in Total Prizes for the UCLA participants, and like the 2021 competition, this year’s challenge will be a joint competition with UC Berkeley. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in transactional practice to gain practical hands-on experience with a simulated transaction and to compete for your school!

This one-day joint venture mock negotiation case competition will be held online. Applications are due Sunday, February 13.

If you are interested in participating, apply by emailing (1) your current resume, (2) 1-2 brief paragraphs describing why you are interested in the competition, and (3) a commitment of availability on Friday, March 18, 2022 to the RELA Board at rela@lawnet.ucla.edu. All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
