Business Law Breakfast: Reforming FIFA: The Lessons of U.S. Corporate Governance Policies for International Sports Governing Authorities

Steven A. Bank, Paul Hastings Professor of Business Law at UCLA School of Law, introduced the audience to the indictments and some of the transactions FIFA and its representatives used to funnel money and bribes.  He focused on the current corporate governance proposals to reform FIFA and evaluate the likelihood of success.
