Law 446. Entrepreneurship and Venture Initiation. This course is taught by Professor George Abe of the Anderson School of Management and is strongly recommended for any law student who is interested in entering the competition for the Lowell Milken Institute-Sandler Prize for New Entrepreneurs.
The law school also offers relevant courses on intellectual property including Intellectual Property, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, among other courses. In addition, courses on Business Associations and Taxation of Business Enterprises are also important to entrepreneurship. In the coming years, we will be developing a start-up clinic, a course on the law of disruptive technologies, and additional courses on social entrepreneurship.
